The office provides lawyers to work within companies, exchanging experiences and knowledge. In practice, on some days a week, our lawyers are located at the client’s headquarters, using our entire structure to quickly and effectively resolve the client’s legal issues.
We have extensive experience in:
- Reorganization of the legal departments of the most varied segments, including contractual due diligence;
- Risk mapping and mitigation, including negotiation, preparation and analysis of national and international contracts;
- Conducting and supporting in-company strategic negotiations, assessing the client’s needs and connecting the company to the other areas of the office’s operations;
- On-site assistance with the availability of a lawyer during the period in which the client has not completed its selection process.
