Experience in external and in-company (secondment) legal advice in the retail, industry, technology, hospitality and health sectors, working in the reorganization of legal departments, mapping and mitigating risks, conducting due diligence, analyzing national and international contracts, as well as strategic negotiations. Experience in managing people and work teams.
