Since 2022, participate as an intern for corporate law and M&A firms, assisting the drafting of corporate documents, the conduction of due diligences and due diligence’s reports, as well as the drafting of share purchase agreements, memorandum of understandings, shareholder’s agreements and other documents for corporate regulation.
