Preparation, review and/or advising on various types of real estate business and public and/or private instruments involving real estate, such as: physical and financial exchanges, purchase and sale, deeds, partnerships, among others;
Legal advice for developers and entrepreneurs, with analysis of business structures, preparation of the necessary instruments for real estate developments and land subdivisions;
Drafting of articles of association and social contracts;
Administrative defenses and provision of services to the Association of Residents of Closed Subdivisions in processes that question the legality of closing subdivisions;
Legal advice for condominiums (preparation and registration of condominium agreement and legal defenses);
Advice on real estate reorganization projects;
Preparation, review and/or advice on residential and commercial leases;
Acting in proceedings before Notaries, Real Estate Registry Offices and Special Registry;
Legal advice for hotel pool;
Civil litigation in general, with experience in possessory actions, revisions, foreclosures, tax foreclosures, judicial and extrajudicial usucapion, annulment, rental charges, evictions, among others;
Assistance in administrative proceedings for environmental assessments and recovery of degraded areas; and
Preparation of legal defense in public civil action for deforestation in the Legal Amazon.
