Experience in managing litigation portfolios, including deadline control, workflow organization, and full case monitoring. Drafting of procedural documents at all court levels, including indemnity claims, recourse actions, collection matters, and writs of mandamus, as well as legal opinions and procedural strategy development. Experience in court hearings and meetings with judges and appellate judges, as well as in risk assessment, legal provisioning and contingency analysis, with a focus on liability management and client support.
