Professional Experience

Attorney graduated from the Public Prosecutor's Office Foundation (FMP/RS), with postgraduate degrees in Criminal Sciences from PUCRS and in Children and Adolescent Law from FMP/RS. She also attended the Aprovajuris Preparatory Course at AJURIS – School of the Judiciary.

She has worked in various departments of the justice system, gaining experience in the offices of the Public Treasury Court of Porto Alegre, the Civil Appeals Division, and the Criminal Prosecutor's Office of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Rio Grande do Sul. She worked as a judicial assistant at the Children and Youth Court of Porto Alegre, directly involved in drafting rulings, decisions, and reports, as well as monitoring hearings.

In the public sector, she served as a legal resident at the Attorney General's Office of the Municipality of Porto Alegre, where she assisted Municipal Attorneys with procedural and administrative activities, including drafting tax pleadings.

She also served at the Regional Council of Real Estate Agents of Rio Grande do Sul (CRECI-RS), working in Tax Enforcement, Tax Law, and Labor Law, as well as on community outreach projects, providing legal advice to the Bread of the Poor Foundation.

Her career is marked by diverse experience in the areas of Public, Tax, Civil, and Criminal Law, always focusing on procedural analysis, drafting pleadings, and strategic support in court offices and prosecutors' offices.
