Experience in procedural analysis and nullities in Civil and Labor Law;
Representative appointed and acting from 03/2019 until 10/2023, in a labor instruction hearing, resulting in unfounded sentences;
Experience in managing deadlines, organizing agendas, meetings and hearings.
Preparation and checking of cost guides and high-value judicial deposits and,
Organization of technical assistants for ergonomic and other inspection purposes, as well as monitoring reinstatement orders and compliance with injunctions.
