- Solid technical background in Civil, Banking, Corporate, and Consumer
Law, with hands-on experience in judicial proceedings of varying levels of
complexity;
- Drafting of legal pleadings and procedural documents at all stages of
litigation, with strong command of applicable legislation and relevant
case law;
- Case management, including monitoring deadlines and procedural
progress, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation;
- Technical participation in conciliation and evidentiary hearings, focused
on consensual dispute resolution and settlement formalization;
- Proficiency in legal case management systems and electronic court
platforms (e-Proc, TJRS, TRF, and internal systems);
- Experience in legal client service, legal analysis of claims, and
development of procedural strategies;
- Conducting in-depth legal research in doctrine and case law,
contributing to well-founded legal arguments;
