I have worked over six years in the public sector, four of which were in the
Judicial Court Office, focused on drafting legal documents and supporting
legal procedures.
I also gained experience in law firms where I dealt with demanding
workloads and contentious cases, as well as advisory matters.
In order to broaden my legal expertise and assist individuals in situations
of economic vulnerability, I served as a court-appointed and ad hoc
attorney in various districts of the State, particularly in the cities of Dois
Irmãos, Ivoti, and Cachoeirinha. These cases covered different areas of
law, especially civil, family, consumer, and matters under the jurisdiction
of the Special Criminal Court.
Currently, I practice law independently. I value active listening and clear
communication with clients, always seeking effective legally based
solutions. I have been constantly improving my skills and in order to
provide high-quality service that is sensitive to the demands assigned to
me.
Thus, I have handled all tasks related to the legal practice: deadline and
schedule management; client consultations and meetings (both
individuals and companies); full monitoring of administrative and judicial
proceedings; creation of content for social media; client development;
use of legal systems (JERID, Electronic Case Filing Portal, State and Federal
EPROC, Meu INSS, etc.); and spreadsheet updating.
