Practice focused on the advisory area of corporate law and M&A, especially related to acquisition and investment operations in startups, national and international corporate and equity (re)structuring operations, structuring, review, and negotiation of retention agreements of executives, and structuring of joint ventures.

Before joining the Zavagna Gralha team, acted as Judge's and Appellate Court Judge’s assessor, in cases involving civil and business law, between 2017 and 2019.
